The Veil of Isis(I am all that hath been, and is, and shall be; and my veil no mortal has hitherto raised) I’m psyched to be able to show this to you guys- a t-shirt for THE SWORD to commemorate their new album APOCRYPHON!! You can order them online, or find them on tour with the band when they come through your town- along with other amazing shirts by artists like Mike Moses and Andy Belanger. This was really cool to work on, not only to do a shirt for one of my favorite bands, but I felt like this was an image I’ve had in my head for a really long time and it was almost a relief to get it out on paper. So without hearing the song or knowing what it’s really about, I drew a picture of Merlin, finally parting the Veil of Isis in death. So that’s a little story for those of you interested in my thoughts behind the piece!
